Pay: $18-$20/hr starting

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Panel Assembler to join our team. No prior cold-formed steel experience is required, we’ll train you. You’ll help assemble steel wall panels using materials produced in-house on Howick Ltd roll-forming machines. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow within a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble steel wall panels using pre-cut studs and track

• Follow simple shop drawings and instructions (we’ll train you)

• Use basic hand and power tools

• Measure, align, and fasten components accurately

• Keep your work area clean and safe

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Good work ethic and reliability (shows up on time, ready to work)

• Basic comfort with tools or construction-type work is helpful

• Ability to read a tape measure (or willingness to learn)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, move around and stand for an entire shift

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Bonus (Not Required)

• Any construction, framing, or shop experience

• Experience using hand or power tools
